Training

SESM leads research projects in which many Finmeccanica companies are interested in. These projects are managed in cooperation with specialists from linked universities and research centres.

Research teams have high-level scientific skills, members have a Postgraduate degree and followed doctoral or post-doctoral studies. The researchers from university do the didactic and research activities inside SESM offices (in public-private laboratories).

Every year the research groups are involved by SESM in specific training programs, both useful for internal employers and students.

This process allows companies to improve internal knowledge and to have new high skilled human resources immediately available for research needs and for industrialization activities.
