All personal information contained in SESM web site is not classified as “sensitive” (from Italian law n. 675 12/31/2006), therefore no authorization is required for data processing. Users are aware that information contained in the SESM web site, although not classified as commercial, shall remain the property of SESM.

Information or e-mail delivered to the web site by users is managed in appliacation of current legislation and, in particular, the entire content of the web site and any material posted to it is processed according to the security measures adopted by SESM to guarantee compliance with D.P.R. 318/99. Responsibility for personal information processing in SESM is held by the company.

If passwords must be entered to access particular information or site pages, SESM will make said passwords available to users at its discretion. Any attempt, successful or unsuccessful, to gain access to protected information is illegal and will be prosecuted by SESM.
